Digital Applications for IT Users
DiDA consists of four modules, students may
take either one unit (Award), two units
(Certificate) or all four units (Diploma). For
each unit the course initially builds up the
range of skills and competencies of the
students in preparation for Summer Project
Brief (SPB). This is an assignment carried
out under controlled conditions lasting 30
hours. To complete the course, students
need to have completed the KS3 National
Strategy and have a willingness to learn.
Entry Requirements:
There are no formal requirements for this course but it
is expected that students have an interest in I.T.
Next steps:
Students may progress to complete Level 3 ICT
courses such as Applied GCE, CISCO or other
related subjects.
